Roll’d Brings Vietnamese Street Food to NZ, Opening at Sylvia Park This Weekend

Roll’d, Australia’s leading Vietnamese fast-casual dining brand, is less than a week away from opening its first New Zealand store at Sylvia Park, Auckland. This marks the brand’s first international expansion outside of Australia, with further sites already confirmed for Westfield St Lukes and Auckland Airport later this year.
Founded in Melbourne in 2012, Roll’d has grown to more than 125 stores, serving fresh and authentic Vietnamese favourites including Phở, Bánh Mì, Gỏi and rice paper rolls.
The New Zealand rollout is being led by Mammoth Brands Co-CEOs Duane Dalton and Chris Henderson, adding Roll’d to a portfolio that already includes Pita Pit, EGG’D, Bowl’d and Tuckr.
“Roll’d fills a unique gap in the local market and aligns with strong demand for high-quality, authentic and convenient dining,” says Dalton.
Executive Chef Jerry Mai, known from MasterChef Australia, oversees menu quality across all markets and will be in New Zealand during launch week.
Roll’d’s entry into New Zealand comes amid growing interest in international franchise opportunities and reflects the continued shift toward healthy, culturally diverse food options in the fast-casual space. Roll’d is offering a limited number of franchise locations to select individuals in New Zealand. Enquiries are welcome.
