Mammoth,

Roll’d is set to open its second New Zealand location this February, bringing its fast, fresh Vietnamese menu to Westfield St Lukes. The new site will be located by Woolworths, expanding Roll’d’s footprint in Auckland and making it even easier for locals to grab big, flavour-packed meals on the go.

The St Lukes opening follows Roll’d’s New Zealand debut at Sylvia Park, which marked the brand’s first international location and the beginning of its local growth story under Mammoth Brands, led by co-CEOs Duane Dalton and Chris Henderson, alongside business partner Matt Holdich.

Founded in Melbourne in 2012 by Bao Hoang, Roll’d has grown into a major fast-casual favourite across Australia, known for crowd-pleasers like rice paper rolls, bánh mì and phở. Now, with a second store on the way, the focus is on continuing momentum in the main centres and building a strong pipeline for future openings.

Roll’d’s expansion is also part of Mammoth Brands’ longer-term vision to scale the brand nationwide, with plans previously outlined to grow Roll’d to 50-plus restaurants in New Zealand over time, supported by a franchise model.

This is just the beginning for Roll’d in Aotearoa. Keep an eye out for more announcements as we continue to explore new sites, connect with future franchise partners, and bring Roll’d’s signature energy to more communities.
